Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding holidays).

All orders ship from our U.S. studio. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

For wholesale orders, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.

Returns

Due to the small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@chaosandceremony.com, and we will make it right.

For wholesale inquiries regarding damages or discrepancies, please reach out within 5 business days of receiving your shipment.
